Customer Service:

I firmly believe in old school customer service and want to maintain my 100% positive customer feedback. Upon payment of your item I’ll message you within eBay including my telephone number and the tracking number of your items. If for any reason whatsoever you aren’t happy with the item(s) please message or call me. A solution will be found satisfactory to us both. I do offer full refunds and 70% reimbursement of return shipping should customer want to return item. I do describe my items in detail and to the best of my knowledge. Where applicable I keep further photographs of the items for my records to avoid any funny business.

Payment:

Payment is due within seven days of auction end. I accept PayPal only. This protects both the buyer and the seller.

Failure to pay without messaging me requesting more time will result in you being reported to eBay.

Shipping:

All items will be securely packaged using quality materials and shipped within 48hrs of payment. My goal is to ship within 24hrs.

Records are shipped economy USPS Media Mail and I pay extra at the PO for the tracking number feature. If you decide to return the record I'll reimburse 70% of the return shipping cost on its return if you use economy USPS Media Mail and include a tracking number.

I will combine shipping. Please add 75c per record (double LP counts as two, and box sets by the number of records in the box). Contact me if you’re bidding on more than one item. I'm very good at responding to emails.

I ship to PayPal confirmed addresses in the 48 contiguous US states and Canada only.

As a rule I do not ship to AK, HI, PR, PO Boxes, or internationally but contact me if you fall into that category and want to bid. As long as you have a PayPal confirmed address perhaps we can work something out. Shipping is more expensive to these states. I will get you a quote.

I prefer shipping USPS but if you prefer I can accommodate other shipping preferences. If it’s more expensive I ask that you pay the difference.

US customers; on single items costing more than $74.99 (not including shipping) I include free insurance as a courtesy.
