Description
This is the vinyl album "The Gentle Giant" by Yusef Lateef. It was released on Atlantic Records, catalog number 1602, and was recorded in mono. This vinyl album is a white label promotional copy, pressed in 1972, and was not originally sold in stores! It includes the tracks:
Hey Jude
Nubian Lady
Jungle Plum
And Many More!
As mentioned above, this album is a white label promotional copy. It is marked "Sample Copy. Not For Sale". These discs originally were sent to radio stations and music distributors in order to assess consumer opinion.
The record itself is in Very Good (VG) condition with some visible marks and no scratches. There is a very slight warp within the record but it plays through without skipping and any imperfections have no affect to how the record plays. The cover is also in Very Good (VG) condition with some wear. This is still a great buy!
All of my records are shipped in white record mailer boxes. They are always packed tightly with extra cardboard and padding to ensure proper and safe delivery.
