ZAKARRIAS Zakarrias (Deram SML 1091) 1971
Here's an outstanding copy of one of the very rarest UK albums of them all, mixing prog, psych, jazz and glam with hippie lyrics and top-class musicians who also played with Henry Cow, Quatermass and others. This was pressed in tiny numbers and sold nothing, so opportunities to buy copies in this incredible shape are almost unheard of today.
SLEEVE The flimsy front-laminated sleeve is in EXCELLENT condition, with minimal wear. The spine is fully intact and legible (see picture), and there's no writing or splits.
VINYL The glossy vinyl is in MINT MINUS condition, and seems only to have been played once or twice. It sounds terrific.
LABELS Side one has two small damp spots (the offending pieces of dust / grime are stuck to the plastic inside the inner sleeve). These may be removeable – I haven’t tried. Side two is perfect.
INNER SLEEVE This comes complete with its original blue stereo Deram inner, with the correct September 1971 date stamp (see picture).
This is a truly beautiful copy of a great album.
