Important information about shipping I usually ship with DHL and choose the cheapest option there. Since shipments almost never get lost, I send CDs as letters without tracking. Delivery times vary greatly. Within Europe, it can take from 4 days to 5 weeks, and worldwide, it can even take 8 weeks.
Recently, more and more buyers have been complaining that their items haven't arrived. Sometimes after as little as 10 days. For me, this means countless notifications from eBay, my funds are frozen, and after a few days, the money is refunded.
A few or more days later, the items arrive, and you have to "somehow" process everything again. Very annoying.
So if you don't have patience or can't sleep without tracking, please let me know. I will then choose a different shipping option with tracking and adjust the shipping costs accordingly.
Please let me know before the invoice is paid—otherwise, I won't register it.
Wichtiges zum Versand Ich versende in der Regel mit DHL und wähle dort die günstigste Lösung. Da eigentlich nie Sendungen verloren gehen, verschicke ich CDs als Briefe ohne Sendungsverfolgung. Die Zustellzeit variiert sehr. Innerhalb Europas von 4 Tagen bis 5 Wochen, weltweit auch schon 8 Wochen.
In letzter Zeit beschweren sich immer mehr Käufer, dass die Ware nicht angekommen sein. Teilweise bereits nach 10 Tagen. Für mich bedeutet das: unzählige Mitteilungen von ebay, meine Gelder werden eingefroren, nach ein paar Tagen wird das Geld zurückgezahlt.
Mehr oder wenige Tage später kommt dann dann die Ware an und man muss alles nochmal "irgendwie" abwickeln. Sehr lästig.
Wer also keine Geduld hat oder ohne Sendungsverfolgung nicht schlafen kann, der teile mir dies bitte mit. Ich werde dann einen anderen Versand mit Sendungsverfolgung wählen und die versandkosten dementsprechend anpassen.
Bitte mitteilen bevor die Rechnung bezahlt wird - sonst registriere ich das nicht.
