First issue matrices -1/ -1

Format: Mono


Sleeve: 
The sleeve is in Very Good condition with shelf wear to the edges, laminate creases and dirt build up. However all edges are intact with no splits and the spine is completely intact with readable title text. 


Inner Sleeve: Original EMI tracing paper lines inner omitting the Patent Applied For text which is correct for this 1965 1st issue. Completely intact in all regards.

The Vinyl: In Good Plus Condition. The surfaces are smooth and groove wear free, still projecting a bright pressing shine on both sides. Clean vinyl showing play use in terms of lots of light sweeping hairline marks superficial to the surfaces, but no scuffs, or warps, or actual scratches. The item has received lots of play use but has not been handled too badly and is still a fair example.

Lays completely flat on the turntable.

The Labels: Very Good condition. A little wear to the spindle perimeter, but minimal spindle location lines/ marks, or writing etc.

The Audio: Very Good. Plays smoothly from start to finish on each side with warm mono detail. A fair amount light crackle throughout, ostensibly in the run-in’s and fade-out’s, but no jumps, no skips, no pops or sticks. The Sixties vinyl always tends to play better than it appears.
Very early mother and stampers on this, would’ve been pressed on the first day or so.
