LABEL: Dawn Records #Mono DLP-1115. Black coloured, silver lettering, deep groove both sides.
CONDITION OF COVER: VG; clean cover, split along almost entire edge of top seam and spine and currently held together with four pieces of clear tape.
CONDITION OF RECORD: NM; Plays near-mint.
