VINYL: VG+ PLAY GRADE: STRONG VG+ COVER: VG+ NOTES: CRUCIAL HEAVILY FUZZED & STONY GARAGE BLUES FROM THE HOT TEXAS TRIO! THE ORIGINAL SOUGHT AFTER SONIC & RAW MIXES FOM '73. The songs on ZZ's third album are of course WELL KNOWN & BELOVED by fans the world over, from ex-psych MOVING SIDEWALKS FREAKERS looking to get into their HEATED BLUES ROCK to CLASSIC ROCK LOVERS ALIKE and these are the TRUE ORIGINAL MIXES FOUND ON THEIR FIRST PRESSINGS. The "remixed/remastered" editions that came out to the masses in later years (with added studio reverb & vocal effects etc) are STILL a sticking point to many collectors today. "BEER DRINKERS & HELL RAISERS" & "LA GRANGE" are prime examples among fans that BOOMS OUT OF THE SPEAKERS ON THIS ORIGINAL MIX THAT BOOGIES HARD & HEAVY! Here is a TRUE 1973 PRESSING, with the MACHINE STAMPED "SF BELL SOUND" & "W" LABEL SUFFIX & BRIGHT BLUE/SILVER LONDON LABEL. This THICK HEAVY VINYL PRESSING does have some visual light surface marks and plays within or above grade with VERY NICE OVERPOWERING FIDELITY from the ORIGINAL SAM FELDMAN MASTER CUTTING/PRESSING. Pretty nice cover & COMPLETE WITH ORIGINAL INNER SLEEVE....overall this is not a mint example but if you want a COMPLETE & QUALITY FIRST PRESS COLLECTIBLE PLAYER COPY LOOK NO FURTHER!!!
