ULTRA-RARE 1975 ORIGINAL JAPANESE PRESSING SINGLE-45 BY Z. Z. TOP "TUSH" B/W "BLUE JEAN BLUES" ON WHITE LABEL PROMO WITH A PICTURE SLEEVE INSERT. THE PS INSERT IS A SINGLE PANEL IN A VERY POOR CONDITION. IT IS MISSING A CHUNK OFF THE TOP RIGHT CORNER OF THE PS AND THERE IS A TAPE ON THE LEFT CENTER. HOWEVER THIS TITLE IS VERY HARD TO COME BY IN ANY CONDITION. THE RECORD IS IN A VERY STRONG VG+ CONDITION.
