These were intended to be a set of 3 interconnecting
picture discs, see the following:
Warner Bros really messed this release up! After releasing interlocking jigsaw shaped picture discs for 'Stages' and 'Rough Boy', and announcing it was part of a set of three discs that joined together, they realised that for the release 'Sleeping Bag', they had made a shaped sleeping bag picture disc without the jigsaw part, and also a shaped 'mummy' shaped picture disc, meaning collectors could not complete the set of three. It seems to make the full set available, they gave copies of this 'Sleeping bag' jigsaw shaped pic discs away with 12" copies of Rough Boy, and these were shrink wrapped as a double pack set.
This is the set of 3 as they were released, “Sleeping Bag” does not connect.
These are in nice condition, there is a slight warp which made my tonearm go up and down a little bit but they play well and sound really good for a picture disc in my opinion.
It probably helps with the quality that they were made in England.
