Description

From my personal record collection comes an unopened NOS Zapp II vinyl record album. I purchased this album back when it was released while working at a record store.  I bought this copy as a back up copy because I also ran a small DJ business.  This record was very popular in Dayton, Ohio where I live as Roger Troutman and Zapp were local artists.
The vinyl should be perfect.  As I said it is still in shrink wrap and has been stored vertically on a shelf with my other albums. This was a "cut out" out of the bargain bin at the record store I worked at.  For those of you not familiar with "cut outs" here is what it means: Once a record stopped selling, there were copies of in in warehouses or in stores waiting to be sold.  The company I worked for would return the unsold records to the manufacture.  Many times the manufacturer would then return unsold stock back to retailers with the album cover containing a cut where a saw blade had been run through an entire box of records.  This indicated that these records were to be sold at deep discount prices.  The "cut out" then indicated that the record could not be returned to a store with the expectation of receiving full  price for the record.
If you are an analog person and love the sound of vinyl records, this would be a good copy of this record for you.  If you are trying to find a mint condition album cover, this is probably not what you are looking for.  I ship records using USPS Media Mail.
