CAPTAIN BEEFHEART & THE MAGIC BAND'S - ICONIC MASTERPIECE  FROM "TROUT MASK REPLICA" PRODUCED BY FRANK ZAPPA FOR STRAIGHT RECORDS and only released IN FRANCE ONLY!!!- IN FACT!  THE ONLY SINGLE RELEASED FROM THE DBL LP WORLD-WIDE!  - UNPLAYED!  (Only a HANDFULL Produced!!!)

1960s French 7" PS Single Pachuco Cadaver / Wild Life on Straight Records (Pathe Marconi) C006-91200 - Produced by FRANK ZAPPA and only ever issued in France & withdrawn within weeks!!! This seriously rare disc has an AMAZING picture sleeve. What makes this sale extra special is this 1969 P/S has NO RING-WEAR!! NO CREASES!!  NO WRITING!!! -

  The photograph shows Don Van Vliet holding a mike looking sideways directly into the camera with "Zoot Horn Rollo" in full regalia playing guitar in the background. This photo was taken in October 1969 onstage at the Amougies Festival, in Belgium. It is generally considered to be the "rarest & most sought after" 45 in the Psych/Garage Collecting World, along with BARRETT's French 7" -  A previous MINT Copy has fetched £1000 on EBay probably making it one of the MOST COLLECTABLE Stock PSYCHEDELIC Singles!!!!

Until last year, this record had only appeared on Ebay ONCE in 10 Years I was told!  An  EX-EX minus copy surfaced in the middle of that year + promptly VANISHED after a few days.. (Most probably sold privately!!! ) This brought another out of hiding which I bid £450.00 on but my bid was not even ACCEPTED??? ( What it eventually went for I don't know???)  Then due to financial difficulties and seeing what certain records were fetching, I listed my spare copy and was subsequently offered a £1000 from a fanatic Zappa Collector.    To date it is the most expensive Frank Zappa related 7" sold on EBay, beating Japanese A/Promo P/Sleeves & Test Pressings of "It Can't Happen Here."  I did list this, my other copy last year at $1000.00 but withdrew it after 5 days as I couldn't face parting with it!!!!   I can't say I won't do it again, but if there is a BID on it, it will be SOLD -

 I truly feel that due to the track being possibly the most UNLIKELY SINGLE you will ever hear on a Jukebox anywhere in the world, it is THE MAGIC BAND at there most incomparable best & may well be worth THOUSANDS in a few years in it's condition.
