45 LP Vinyl single Label: Verve Records Date:November 1968 Order Number: VK 10632 Matrix: VK 1062 105597-1 74412VK 1062 105599-1 74602 Format: 45 Genre: Rock Grade: Vinyl: Ex- The single version of "Jelly Roll Gum Drop" is different from the LP version, and the CD remix of Cruising with Ruben & the Jets Now released on Greasy Love Songs. This item was cancelled and relisted as it was not graded properly first time. 100% my fault, my apologies.
Vinyl looks good, but has some very fine paper scuffs and scratches on both sides. I could not see this well. Only in direct sunlight. I have never seen such deep grooves (you can even see them on this low res. scan). The label is a deep blue, and looks great! In original brown paper jacket. Now of legends and lore this single mentioned on the new release Greasy Love Songs. This single now has a spot in Zappa lore. All items for auction are from my own collection. I bought this item in the early eighties.
Items are in archival sleeves, stored upright, out of direct light and left untouched for at least 20 years.
