Description
Zena Ayo-Dumb Bell/Long Long Gone (Case Records 1959). Rare original rock n' roll 45 from Zena Ayo on the Case label. Two offbeat tunes: a bongo driven dirge and a goofy teen rocker. The record is a solid VG with non-feelable scratches and hairline scratches, scuffs, some pressing dimples, and heavy scuff marks. There is a storage warp that tracks fine. Under a bright light the record has a light grainy surface texture that is due to either heat exposure or a pressing defect. This grainy texture does not affect play. Both songs play solid with crackle, clicks, tics, and a few pops. There are a handful of background thumps at the end of Dumb Bell. The music comes through strong. The labels are solid with some bubbling and paper loss spots, scratches and scuffs, light grime, and mild overall wear. The labels were pressed mildly off-center but this does not affect play. Found in an old generic sleeve, so a new plain white generic paper sleeve will be provided. Ships with USPS Media Mail to the United States, ships internationally with United States Postal Service First Class Mail International/First Class Package International Service.
