Description

Hi and welcome to another one of my RARE PSYCH! LP auctions, Most if not all of these records i will be offering have been in my private collection for the last 20 years and not been offered up for sale on Ebay before, It seems that some rare LP`s just seem to get passed around from collector to collector these days unlike my offerings,

This auction for an Original 1st Pressing of, The Zombies LP - Odessey & Oracle in M O N O From 1968.

This is an Original 1st pressing of The Zombies second LP which was released on the CBS label in 1968, The catalogue number is CBS63280, Rare *M O N O* mix, This has been in my collection for the last 15-20 years and never been offered up for sale before, I`m a long standing member on here with 100% feedback rating in my 14 years, If for any reason you are not happy with an item please contact me to discuss any issue you may have, Thanks for listening and happy bidding.

Sleeve

The Front laminated Ernest.J.Day & Co. Ltd is in great condition with only a few slight laminate creases, No damage Rips,Tears etc.....The Spine and all edges are in great condition(See Pics), The rear shows little signs wear but does have a small amount of writing in biro, I have never attempted to remove this, Overall a very presentable copy of a rare sleeve. It would easily grade as EXCELLENT if not for the biro on the reverse.

Inner Sleeve

The Original CBS  `Sounds of Entertainment` Inner sleeve is in visually great condition but does have a couple of seam splits, It is also housed separately in a poly lined inner sleeve. Graded as VERY GOOD(due to seam splits) would have been better otherwise.

Labels
The 1st Pressing *Rough textured* labels are also in great condition with no wear, Writing rips etc, Just a small are where the edge of the label has started to bubble a little, nothing major but worth a mention, Graded as EXCELLENT

Vinyl
The vinyl is the original heavyweight 1st pressing, It has a lovely appearance with a nice deep gloss to it still, There are no heavy marks or scratches to mention, You can tell the LP has been played but obviously not a great deal, Upon close inspection of the LP under a bright light you can see some very light wispy marks from where the record has been removed from the inner sleeve over the years, The audio is great, Light static on the intro`s but the LP plays fantastic throughout, Overall a great example of a very hard to find collectable these days, Graded as EXCELLENT

All items will be posted registered delivery which will require a signature upon arrival, ***Please note if you are outside the UK the postage cost will increase due to distance and insurance for valuable items, .

Auctions will NOT be ended early as I DO NOT have a buy it now price!!
