Description

  • Ducretet Thomson 10" (250 V 023). Very rare original French press.

  • First issue from 1956, fully analog (unlike Sawano reissue which was digitally remastered).

  • Beautiful copy, strong VG+ (sounds perfect all long) with rare exceptions on B (please hear audio clips and read below).

  • NO COVER. I provide new and plain white cover with new "japanese" innersleeve. If wanted, i provide the home-made cover of the previous owner (you can see it on pictures).

  • "Tips" for getting a cover : the recent reissues still can be bought online ; cover seems to be the same. Other option is to write a message on the Discogs release page of the original press.

  • Record was verified under strong halogen, play-tested integrally and carefully.

  • A is strong VG+ / NM with very limited & localized cosmetic wear.

  • B is strong VG+ / NM with limited & localized cosmetic wear (1or 2 lines without effect on sound) ; B1 and B2 have localized crackles due to small "points" (see pictures and listen audio).

  • Hasn't been cleaned with professional material : improvements can probably be made (dirt seems encrusted on B1 & B2)
  • Regarding audio clips, please note that i haven't AUDIOPHILE material (for instance, my cartridge is not the MONO required but a STEREO). I can't guarantee that my recordings (in MP3 format) give justice to the quality of the record, but i tried my best.
  • Please buy with confidence. I'm used selling records worldwide on Discogs with 100% positive feedbacks on 103 sales (link to my store ==> https://bit.ly/3liSGkh) (i sold more than 150 records as buyers don't always send feedbacks). I put emphasis on selling items properly graded, as the feedbacks you can read suggest. So in this case, strong VG+ IS strong VG+.
