Description
This is Argo 608 - Zoot Sims - Zoot with John Williams, Gus Johnson and Knobby Totah, a black and gray labeled, deep groove original mono issue from 1956. The record is in VG+ condition showing excellent labels and,some signs of wear on the 1st track, but no skips or distortion of the music, and otherwise, playing beautifully, with only incidental light ticking. The cover is excellent with a glossy front, and intact spine, but has clear tape on the top seam. This has served as an excellent "play" copy of this classic piece. I have recently upgraded at considerable expense. The record was cleaned on a VPI 17 and played on a Linn Sondek LP12.
