Description
Vinyl was play tested through Focal Elegia's and it played as NM, numerically I score the vinyl a 96. There was a tiny bit of surface noise at the start of A1, B1 and B2 along with with what sounded like a missed dust fleck on A3 and half of that on A5. Beyond this it sounded as good as new (it's funny, my brother had this CD back in the mid-90s and used to blast it all the time so I remembered every song on this album even thought I hadn't really heard them since then; Living A Boys Adventure Tale should have 100% for sure been a single). Visually it's pretty close to NM- however there is just enough to grade it visually as Excellent.
The sleeve is scored as EX- (but 100% better than VG+) with the driving issues being discolorations spots on the rear (there is no mold smell at all) and on the rear OBI. There is a stain on the bottom of the OBI that you can feel (it's on the 'Take On Me' spot). There were no marks on the front cover which showed on very light corner wear along with a pair of faint crease behind the OBI (typically hidden with the OBI in place) with the longest at 11mm. There is also discoloration area to the inserts however again no smell of mold, thankfully. Less the discoloration spots it's a 94, I'm taking 10 points for the discoloration.
