Condition is Used. my mother bought this album back in the 60s at brian epstein shop nems in liverpool so the signature is an original from that time as my mother never had a personal autograph from paul himself,the item has been authenticated and is very much real as the document in the pictures will show you,if your wondering why the album cover is in used condition we only recently realised that the signature was real,but lucky for us over the years the signature has remained unnafected.
