Description
on the a & m records label, stereo pressing, from 1969. 13 tracks. debut lp from the carpenters, with it's original title and original cover......deemed too creepy for their intended audience, so they pulled it and repackaged it as the much happier, prettier "ticket to ride". really tough to find, especially in this kind of condition. includes original a & m inner sleeve. cover is NM, still in the shrink, with virtually no wear, no cut-outs, nothing......it's pristine. vinyl is strong VG+, with just a couple very light paper scuffs......most would probably call this one NM-. vinyl has been cleaned on a VPI. check my other auctions this week for many more great psych, private, prog, folk, xian & other miscellaneous freak-outs........lots of great stuff this week, buy a bunch and save on shipping.
