Description

Elvis Presley LP  ( Rock 'n' Roll No.1 )  HMV CLP 1093.    This record is Elvis's first LP recording and very difficult to find in half decent condition.   As you can see by the photo's the sleeve is in VG condition.  The sleeve is complete but has a few taped splits.  the spine has a few small cracks but Elvis's name can still been read.  The record is housed in a poly lined inner in EX condition.  The labels are in EX condition with no sticker marks or writing on them. There are some spindle marks but that would be expected on a record of this age.  The disc is in VG condition with quite a lot of light surface marks but no deep scratches.  I have played this record all the way through and it sounds brilliant.  There are no skips or sticking and very little in the way of interference.  The matrix numbers are  Side 1 - 2XAV 255 - 1N   Side 2 - 2XAV 256 - 1N.  This record is a real early pressing.  The disc lays perfectly flat.  We all know that the HMV pressings are  quality recordings.  A good record for any Elvis collector to add to their collection.  You should not be disappointed with this item.  Good luck with the bidding.  Overseas bidders are welcome but please ask about postage costs before bidding.
