here were have a quite nice gramophone. very old... it does function. but the spring has slacked so therefor does have the power to turn the record once the head is placed onto it... it does spin on its own and the brake works. this will need a new spring. the case has the handel missing. and the crome latches are corroded. but the inside is nice, and the winding handel is actually present. sold as is. good luck
