Description
This is a Reprise MONO copy of the JHE's lp of "Are you Experienced?" I can't stress enough how good the vinyl is on this set. Dare I say, Vg+++/M-
It's really that amazing in its condition. The cover is also very nice, but it has few minor problems: There is a short (2") piece of tape on the upper left hand side. There is a little bit of "white" ring wear on the lower right side (see the photos). On the back, the IAM who originally owned it, wrote some initials on the lower left hand side. The record labels have the same issue. BUT, the condition of the vinyl is incredible.
Just to note: The mono mix of this pressing is not a "fold-down" from the Reprise stereo. The singles "Purple Haze" "The Wind Cries Mary" and "Hey, Joe" were from the single mono master tapes. The rest of the lp is the identical mono mix from the UK Track pressing. So, there you have it!
Also, that is a shadow of my camera on the back of the lp. It's not discolored or marked.
