Neanderthal - Undisputed Fighting Music EP
UNRELEASED TEST PRESS (Slapaham 4.5)
Hands down the rarest Slapaham item out there - only six of these exist in the world, and only one has been up on eBay before - and this, unlike any other, has a unique sleeve, made for me by Chris Dodge.
A little backstory - my old band, Shank, were supposed to record for Slapaham, but unfortunately Chris had to fold the label before we got the recording to him. However, one bonus was that - after hanging out with Chris on our Californian tour, I managed to convince him to part with one of these babies. I then bugged him for a sleeve (just a foldover with a track list was what I was expecting) but Chris, being the good guy he is, came through with this awesome sleeve you see here. The cover is a photocopy of the original Fighting Music sleeve with 'Undisputed' and the catalogue number 4 1/2 added with Tippex (punk!). The inner sleeve is an amalgamation of all Neanderthal's inserts, with a personalised message from CD, too.
It's with heavy heart that I sell this, but I need the money to do something pretty amazing and start a new chapter in my life - so now it's up for grabs. Tell your mother, father, significant other that you don't want that lame iPhone or PS3 for Xmas. You want this one-of-a-kind piece of power violence history.
A SHORT BUT IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT POSTAGE
Due to the intermittent but disruptive postage strike, I will not be offering normal postage options for these sales. I will only sent out records via registered, insured domestic postal services, via courier or via tracked, insured AIRSURE international postage services, so you can be guaranteed your record isn't going to get lost in the Christmas rush. Given the valuable and irreplacable nature of these records, this is the only sensible option for both parties. I will try and give idea of postage prices as much as possible on this page, but contact me if you need a quote that isn't available here.
