Megarare Garage item, signed by the KAL X BLUE, the band’s guitarist and leader.

I’ve only come across one other copy. See: http://homepage.swissonline.ch/featheredapple/garage45s2.html. A-side is a primitive instrumental; the production is also not so good, that’s why the b-side’s vocals distort a bit.
