monitor audio mass speakers 5.1 system (Generation 1)
Complete 5.1 system boxed with everything included ..instructions/power cable etc..
Fully working no issues, amazing sounding 5.1 system.
The Sub was repaired by Monitor Audio in the last 12 months with the main power and internal electrics replaced ( there was an known issue with capacitors bulging that caused the Sub to fail. Monitor repaired this, so it’s like new again internally.
Be sure if your looking elsewhere this has been replaced as it’s a very common fault to occur after a few years.
Everything in great condition bar for some minor tearing on the very bottom edge of one of the sub covers , which I’ve pictured it’s not really noticeable to be honest when it’s sat on the floor and you could more than likely just pull the cover over the edge and glue to repair it simply if wished.
The covers do all come off also if wished ..
5 satellite speakers are in great condition and everything works as it should.
I a couple of years ago decided to upgrade this system to the generation 2 … after an hour tho I returned it and kept the Gen 1 I’m selling now.. the gen 2 was much less powerful or up to the standard of this one .. the sub was weaker compared and had nothing close to the sub bass in comparison.
So my honest advice is to stick with the Gen 1, it’s way better in sound and you will pay less for it !
I’m only selling as I’ve upgraded to much higher spec speakers but stayed with the Monitor brand as there a great uK company.
