British 7" pressing is  valued at £1000+

 

Nirvana - Pennyroyal tea 7" test pressing or promo made in Germany. The fact that all the songs are on it, might tell us that it's a test pressing, and that Geffen had plans to release a 7" single including the British 7" pressing.

White labels with handwritten text: NIRVANA 7" Pennyroyal Tea - was added by the previous owner. As with all nirvana test pressings (especially the pennyoryal tea ones - there are no official records that can confirm whether these items are genuine or not). However with the 7" test pressing there are only 4-5 in existance thus making this an extremely rare and collectible nirvana item. *NEW INFO - ACCORDING TO SOMEONE ELSE WHO ONES THIS ITEM THERE ARE ONLY 3 IN THE WORLD THUS MAKING THIS EXCEPTIONALLY RARE AND THE HOTEST NIRVANA COLLECTIBLE EVER*

 Unlike other test pressing recently on ebay with a cover this item is believed to be a genuine item. The fake UK pressings have " for promotional use" on the back cover. Due to the events that occured quickly most of the test pressings were destroyed along with the cd single that had 'i hate myself and i want to die'.

I bought this item from Germany about 2 years ago from a serious Nirvana collector. He purchased the item from another nirvana fan. This is a great chance to buy a piece of nirvana history! I have played the record only once and in total this has only been played 3-4 times and is in NM-M condition.
