Description
Big Brother & The Holding Company "Cheap Thrills"
This is a US vinyl pressing on Columbia Records KCL 2900 from 1968. This is the original Mono pressing (not the new reissues). The labels are red with "MONO" in white.
The matrix runouts are stamped : Side 1 : 0 XLP137373 1B and Side 2 : 0 XLP137374-1B. This the Santa Maria pressing.
The band is : Janis Joplin, Sam Andrew, James Gurley, Peter Albin, and Dave Getz. The cover artwork is by R. Crumb.
The songs are : Combination Of The Two, I Need A Man To Love, Summeritme, Piece Of My Heart, Turtle Blues, Oh Sweet Mary, and Ball And Chain.
Overall Condition is : Cover is VG+ / Record is VG-
The gatefold cover is VG+ with no writing, no tears, and no seam splits. There is light wear on the back cover. The vinyl looks VG- and it plays VG, with many light handling marks and playing marks and 1 light scratch on side 1. It plays with light crackle throughout and few pops, but no skips. The labels are clean with light spindle marks. The record comes in a Columbia Records inner sleeve.

I now sell records at all Northwest record conventions : Portland, Seattle, Tacoma, Olympia, Port Townsend, Eugene, Grants Pass, and Canby. And at Crossroads Music in Portland, Oregon. Packaging :
I take great care on every package and I do each one personally. I will package this record between two pieces of hand cut composite cardboard. I always remove the record from the cover and seal them in a clear plastic sleeve. The package will be marked in red : "Fragile Record" on both sides.
Postage : Weight : 1 pound 9 ounces
The winner has to pay for the postage. It will be shipped by Media mail to a US winner. I will print postage through Ebay and you will get an automatic email with the tracking number. International winners will get shipping through the Ebay Global Shipping Program. I will send your record as soon as you pay ( same day if before 2 PM and next day if after 2 PM : Monday thru Saturday). This is from a no smoking and no pets home. I do not accept returns.
