Description
Link to more ROCK/psych/GARAGE/folk/PUNK items (i.e. MARIANI/PERPETUUM MOBILE/SONOBEAT + WEASEL + THE SHADES + ZAKARY THAKS)!
- The mega rare -- PSYCH FUZZ GARAGE ROCK 45 -- by THE THINGIES with the tracks RAINY SUNDAY MORNING + MASS CONFUSION!!
- 1968 private release on SONOBEAT RECORDS (R-s104 118; AUSTIN, TEXAS, USA).
- Same label as BILL WILSON -- cold sun/dark shadows/bill miller/mike waugh -- WALI & THE AFRO-CARAVAN -- lavender hill express -- JOHNNY WINTER/TOMMY SHANNON/UNCLE JOHN TURNER -- the conqueroo -- PLYMOUTH ROCK -- roy headrick -- ETC!!
- Shiny HIGH-GLOSS vinyl plays LOUD and STRONG (see clip!); visually, vinyl is VG to VG+ (for a scuffing that goes around in a circle on each side about 1/3 into the vinyl -- doesn't seem to affect sound as both tracks play strong during brief area affected -- perhaps a manufacturing-based flaw since found on both sides -- without scuffing, vinyl would be NEAR MINT); labels are a super strong EXCELLENT and MINT.
- Listen to fuzz-drenched EXTENDED clip!!
