Immediate Records IMSP008 Matrix nos.MSP0081Y/2Y VG+/M STEREO!!! Original UK first pressing!! Much harder to find than the mono. The vinyl is outstanding, absolutely as close to mint, as I can possibly describe!!! Looks unplayed!!After Steve Marriott left Decca Records in late 1966, they signed with Andrew Oldham, ex-manager of the Stones. His label was Immediate Records. This recording took place in 1967 and was released to counter Decca's From the Beginning album, which was the Small Faces 2nd album. This their 3rd album, is a fantastic record, clearly one of the 10 best records to come from the great bands of the infamous British Invasion of the 60's. This was the Small Faces at their peak!!! Gritty guitar and the soulful voice of Marriott made this a classic. The Marriott/Lane songwriting duo was their best!! Don't even compare it to the US release or the CD crap!!! Beautiful vinyl, amazingly shiny, clean, no scuffs, nothing but pure vinyl. Labels have NO SPINDLE MARKS!!! Can you ever find a better copy?? The cover does have a crease in upper left corner and some front minor ring wear. Flap back cover made by Garrod & Lofthouse.
