Description

LLB 80s - "VOYAGES" LP

This album has been released early 80s (even though no date is mentioned), and the English translation for the French word "Voyage" is TRIP…, and very few "trips" within my 60s/70s collection can match this one here!

LLB as a name, comes from the initials of the three formatting members of the band (LeMeure, Lefeuvre and Bossoutrot), and this earlier formation should have been (most likely), only a "live act" in the area of France close to the borders with Spain.
This recording features three extra musicians (Danny Benhaim, Jeff Jindra, J.-Luc Remond) and of course an extended instrumentation.
Music covers both what we call "psych-folk" & "prog-folk", and we can feel from the nature of instruments and their delivery that these guys are incredibly skilled musicians and not a couple of youths learning their first chords...
Menu includes violin, guitars, accordion, mandolin, bass, harp, drums, various percussion, great vocals and has lengthy tracks in the area of 7 to 8 min plus a couple of shorter ones.

Here is the track listing: MIDNIGHT KABOUL BLUES / MIB ET MOL SONT DANS UN BATEAU / LES SIGISMONDS AU PAYS DU SOLEIL LEVANT / BORREIAS / BEAUTIFUL LIBERTY SONG / L' ANGLAIS / KATMANDOU s GARONNE / GASPATION ET DAMNATURE / MASON'S APRON

RARE ORIGINAL FRENCH FIRST PRESS LP on the small REVOLUM label (REV 031), comes with an INSERT (third scan) and it's in NEAR MINT condition for both record/cover. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Check also the rest of my auction as it features many more original acid/prog-folk LPs.

PAYMENT

UK bidders can obviously pay for their items in £, at ($1.70=£1). All UK orders (via personal cheques or postal M.O) will be shipped promptly with no extra charges.

Payment with IMO (in GBP only), BIDPAY, US M.O. and US cashiers checks will be shipped immediately.

CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED: VISA, MASTERCARD & AMEX (exchange rate: Euro 0.80=$1)

Personal checks in USD will delay shipment until they clear (approx. 10 working days).
Cash (only GBP, EUR or $; no coins please) in a registered letter accepted, but at the buyer’s risk.

For credit card payment, an extra 5% handling fee (VISA/MASTER) and 6%(AMEX) will be added to the total amount.
For all other forms of payment (IMO, BidPay, Cash, excepted) e.g., US M.O, US cashiers checks and Personal checks in USD ($), an extra of $3 handling fee will be added to the total.
In both cases, this money goes into bank commissions. (Most unfortunate, but can’t do differently as I am not a full time dealer and I've tried to include those forms of payment mostly for your convenience).

BIDPAY and "cash payment" are both charge free
