Vinyl 7" single:
THE ALARM "Unsafe Building" b/w "Up For Murder" (White Cross W3/W4) original UK 1981 STEREO 1st pressing
RARE! Classic first single, on tiny private press label. In fold-out sleeve, autopgraphed by three of the band - DAVE SHARP, TWIST and EDDIE MACDONALD.
A great addition to any DIY post punk power pop collection.

CONDITION : EX/M- (Sleeve/Record)
DESCRIPTION : Record looks pristine, maybe played oce or twice. Labels pristine. In picture fold-out sleeve - shows light wear. Front panel has a crease along bottom (see image), but otherwise all very nice. Autographs are on inside of cover (to Alex) and don't interfere with any artwork. Superb for a 30 year old single!

SMALL PRINT : I am first and foremost a collector, and grade strictly as I wish everyone would. Records will be well-packed between cardboard, and sent in record mailers. In the interests of the environment, these will be recycled whenever possible. Albums will be removed from outer sleeve to avoid seam splits in transit. All records are sent with a certificate of posting, if you wish additional insurance please ask – I cannot be held responsible for missing parcels.
