Description
Rare original first pressing 1975 CBS Records LP # PC 33795, with the original mis-pressed cover, of the classic breakthrough Bruce Springsteen release Born To Run !!
The very first copies that landed in record stores upon release had misspelled Springsteen's longtime (and still) Manager Jon Landau's name as "John". It was noticed immediately of course, and most of the yet to be shipped first press were given a small sticker over the back /bottom credits with the correct spelling in the same type. That the sticker is not on this one (nor is there any "sticker shadow") means that this is one of those very few that were actually shipped before it was noticed!
