***VINYL is VG++ .... This record sounds Near Mint Minus..!!  This record was Saved from a garage fire full of records.  It was not burned but, shows some dullness in areas and still has a smokey scent.  Overall it is a very, very good looking record..!!  ACTUAL RECORD IS PICTURED.

***LABEL's are in Excellent Condition, not at all damaged from the fire..!!  There is a name sticker scotch-taped on one side that probably can be carefully removed.
