I'm selling a bunch of rare Saddle Creek records to pay off some debt.

This is the rare and way out of press Park Ave / The Wrens split 7" from 1997 on Saddle Creek records (which had recently changed names from Lumberjack Records). It's only the 14th release on Lumberjack/Saddle Creek (LBJ-14). As you probably already know, Park Ave was a short-lived Creek band featuring Conor Oberst (Bright Eyes), Jamie Williams and Neely Jenkins (Tilly and the Wall), and Clark Baechle (The Faint). Park Ave plays "Cloak and Dagger" and "Wax Museum". The Wrens play "Fireworks" and "James, I Wanna". The record is in mint condition as is the sleeve. This doesn't come along very often, especially in mint condition!
