Description: here we have the Venezuela issue of Wish You Were Here. It has plastic that acts as a laminant for the outside of the cover. It doesn't stick to the outside of the cover but it's glued to the inside lip . The titles for the songs are written in spanish.

condition:
vinyl: NM, this record looks untouched.
cover:   VG+ ,  I am not sure how to grade this, because at the moment I don't know if the plastic "laminant" like film attached to the outside is something done during printing, or if it's something a previous owner did. see photos, it was hard to take any good ones because of the glare.
labels:  NM 

other notes: machine cleaned, new inner sleeve, I have the record in a seperate plain white jacket, protective 2mil poly jacket cover
