Rare & Out-of-Print 1998 issue (10") colored vinyl split release between Queens Of The Stone Age & Beaver on artist Frank Kozik's now defunct Man's Ruin record label !!
Awesome Kozik art on the wrap around sleeve with different graphics on the other (not shown) side!

This item has been in storage since release and is still in new/excellent condition !!
