1964 UK ORIGINAL WITH STAMPED MAILING ENVELOPE - see clear 20 December 1964 date stamp on envelope -  pic 5 + more: pics 3,6,7.

Mailing envelope shows ageing but no seam splits, writing or serious rips, 

Flexi is in excellent condition - label has no marks  [Record Collector gradings used throughout]

Flexi Sleeve in great condition - no rips, writing or other damage

Folded inner sheet of 4 sides in vg condition - no seam splits, tears or writing but has old water stain which doesn't affect very much, especially not reading the text - see final 2 pics
