reel to reel tape JANIS JOPLIN "Rehearsal at Baggies" RARE UNKNOWN?

Janis Joplins and the Full Tilt Boogie Band: Rehearsal at Baggies. // So... this is a 10" reel to reel tape with what appears to be an original and unknown recording of a Janis Joplin rehearsal. The tape is in excellent shape, still in its plastic sleeve; it's been protected all these years. I don't have a way to listen to it, so I'm not sure about sound quality, and I don't know what songs are on it. It came from the estate of a hoarder who worked for a sound engineer in the late 60s. That's about all I know...
