This is the VERY RARE and wonderful Pisces Iscariot album by Smashing Pumpkins. This edition is the extremely rare first press pressing on yello / orange / gold (what ever color you want to call it) vinyl with the extra 7". Only 2000 of these were released and they were hand numbered, this one is number 231 / 2000. The 7" contains 2 exclusive tracks. Side A (or "Test A" as the record says) contains the song "Not Worth Asking". Side B (Or "Test B") contains "Honey Spider II"
