the Plugz, in addition to the Zeros, were early Latin punk bands in LA from the late 70s to mid- 80s.

the Plugz, "Better Luck" (Fatima Recordz, FTM-80, 1981), 1st Pressing. Fatima was the bands own record label making them one of the earliest DIY punks.
