I'm sorry that I do not have the time to educate you on ebay policies.
No where in the description of this auction's item does it state anything about walking or talking - yet you bid and won.
The description clearly states that it is 3.5" tall not 3 feet tall - yet you bid and won.

It does not matter who this was for or who bid or why - that's not a seller's concern - it is the buyer's/bidder's responsibility to know what they want, need and are bidding on - not the seller.
I clearly state in my auctions that I do not accept returns as they will be sent back. it is clearly stated in the auction.

Sorry, I do not have a 3 foot tall walking talking robot - I only had the robot that you BID ON and WON and the description IS and WAS CLEAR and CORRECT.
. 
The only advice I can offer is that next time you are EXACTLY SURE of what you want, need, and are bidding on - like with anything else this is common sense for everyone.
