numbered sleeve 1839. 
sleeve and inner sleeve unmarked in good condition. disc unmarked and clean

Additional edit: hello all. There's a lot of interest in this item, and people have been asking about the disc. Upon closer inspection (not looked at it closely in years) there is a mark on one side which doesn't affect playback but that people need to be aware of. I don't want to give the impression this is a totally clean, mint condition disc when I've just seen a mark; its been played by me, and it has a slight blemish caused by me at some point.
