Description
various artists "Nigeria 70: The definitive story of 1970's funky Lagos" (Strut 3LP strutlp013, 2001)
The comp that is responsible for kindling the afro flame that burns so brightly nine years later. Extremely hard to come by.
The three records are all in EX condition, with some small superficial scuffs that dont affect play. Lots of luster and NM playback. The gatefold sleeve is VG+ with general age and edgewear, nothing too serious,

My Grades: NM, EX, VG+, VG
Near Mint
- Shiny and dark vinyl.
- No marks, except for very, very slight flaws in the vinyl that may have to do with the pressing.
- Little or no surface noise when played.
- An almost pristine copy.
EX
- Should still be very shiny under a light, even with slight amount of dust on surface.
- One or two small surface marks that won't affect play.
- May have some pressing flaws and discoloration in the vinyl.
- Possible minor surface noise between tracks.
Very Good +
- Vinyl still has most of its luster and shine.
- Can have a few small marks that are more visual and will hardly affect play at all.
- Will have some signs of use like superficial scuffs.
- May have slight surface noise between tracks and during quiet passages, but never loud or overpowering.
Very Good
- Vinyl may have many light marks, but plays fairly well.
- May play with a small amount of surface noise, and the occasional small click in part of a song.
- A copy that was played by someone a number of times, and is a good "play copy".
- No skips or large scratches
