On the PARLOHONE label (Black/yellow labels) No. PCS 3062, at auction here is the 1964 UK original first pressing of THE BEATLES ‘Stereo’ LP “BEATLES FOR SALE”.
Denoting it as a first pressing, labels display “The Parlophone Co Ltd”, “Sold In UK” & “Recording First published label text. Matrix Nos. are YEX 142-1 & 143-1.
Record is housed in a gatefold cover with flip-overs showing on the inside.

Vinyl is in EX+ condition, labels too in excellent condition no wear , just a few spindle marks.
Cover EX-, fully intact, just light scuffs/shelf wear to edges, although spine is clear and readable.
