We mail all paid items ONE WEEK after auctions end. Please keep in mind our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office.Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has become very slow. Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable and will result in blocking the bidder. We work hard to provide excellent service as is represented by our 8000 plus positive feedback.   We use a VPI machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery.   We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied. Duane Allman didn't just sit in. From the third song on he tears up the album. You have to hear it to believe the incredible interplay between these two guitar virtuosos. With Duane Allman one would have to say there were three all world players on this album, Clapton, Allman, and Gordon. Radle and Whitlock were first rate. A ton of talent available. And, of course, the moon and tides were right in Clapton's personal life to produce a heart wrenching set of songs, with the band playing their absolute hearts out. You get an album like this once in a decade, maybe. Stunning songs, played with a passion and ferocity never matched

CONDITION: The cover thick gatefold cover is solid and clean, "EX" (excellent) well preserved ... nice bright original colors, no bends, no writing and no split seams ... PROMO STICKER on front cover ...

The vinyl both rated: sides ONE, TWO & FOUR are near "EX" (excellent) there are scratches on side THREE (VG) ... the entire 4 sides play well, enjoyable, crackle on side three (ticks here/there, most plays clean) ...other three sides including "Layla" plays super! The WHITE PROMO labels on all 4 sides are clean ...
