Description

This sale is for a copy of "Layla" by Derek & The Dominos. This is from 1970 (1st pressing) on Atlantic SD 2-704. This is the very rare "white label promo" issue with exceptionally clean NM- vinyl. There are 2 stickers on the front cover, one lists the players & the 2nd is a "promotional copy" sticker (see photos below). The original inner sleeves are included that pictures other Atlantic releases. The songs are "I Looked Away", "Bell Bottom Blues", "Keep On Growing", "Nobody Knows You When You're Down & Out", "I Am Yours", "Anyday", "Key To The Highway", "Tell The Truth", "Why Does Love Got To Be So Sad?", "Have You Ever Loved A Woman", "Little Wing", "It's Too Late", "Layla" & "Thorn Tree In The Garden".

Condition

Cover : The gatefold cover is in solid VG condition with your normal general wear. There is edge wear, some light ring wear & 2 creased corners. There are no splits, or writing & the spine is solid. Inside the gatefold is nice. But this sale is really for the vinyl. *****PLEASE NOTE***** In the photo below, the spot at the bottom of the cover is from the flash of my camera. This is NOT on the cover. Flash only.

Vinyl : The vinyl shines like new with all of its original gloss & is in NM- condition on all sides with a few light surface scuffs.

Labels : The labels are in NM condition.
