We mail all paid items ONE WEEK after auctions end. Our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office. Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has become very slow. Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable. We work hard to provide excellent service as is represented by our well over 18,000 positive feedback. We use an ultrasonic KLAudio machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery. We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied. - Very Scarce ~ original 1973 first printing!!!
- EXMAGMA were a German three-piece who played a brand of avant experimental complex underground rock.
- Some described their music as sounding like EMBRYO playing XHOL CARAVAN songs.
- This is raw, trippy and would have fit in better if this was 1969 instead of 1973.
- EXMAGMA was made up of two Germans and an American drummer who is incredible (they all are). Fred Braceful the drummer had been playing with the band Wolfgang Dauner & ET CETERA but bolted when EXMAGMA started playing more complex psych-prog -= UNDERGROUND flavor of music.
- SOFT MACHINE ("Third") is no doubt an influence as well as leading participating as a in major influence.
- The distorted complex stated, as tunes include guitar & Hammond organ ... Hope the newbies can "keep it together." !
"The First Tune" is a fan favorite !! Guitar and drums join, as yet another talented group an opening act awaits patiently....
- so Xhol Caravan created an unusual atmosphere. A change 3 minutes in with keyboards, drums and fuzzed-out bass. Organ then leads the way with more an distortion effect!
- "Tonjes Dream Interuption" opens with bass and drums as the keyboards come in making otherworldly spark!
- No sooner than 2 minutes in, there is a strong ambiance,
- a certain change in atmosphere which eventually then dissipates.
- "Interessante Ole" opens with Hammond organ as bass and light drums join in. The organ and bass really begin to dominate.
"Two Times" has some great fuzz guitar 1 1/2 minutes in.
- "Trippin With Birds / Kudu / Horny" is the second side of this original LP , and very much still alive (!)
- The track opens with sound effects many birds over this bubbling bed of exotica. Dissonant winds comes and goes. Other strange sound effects come and go as well. Is this cool insanity? !!
- The jam settle 8 1/2 minutes in as drums crash away with Hammond organ.
- The end phase tempo picks up as we get a cool rhythm wehen suddenly the Hammond organ starts going wild.
- The rhythm stops just before 17 minutes when
- distortion guitar kicks in to the end.
