This is the ORIGINAL First Release With The Withdrawn "Tell Me" and "Mona" Label & Cover
Early UK pressing for the first Rolling Stones album has the Tax Code "KT". KT code was used between July 1st 1963 and November 22nd 1968. 
The very first issue plays a different version of ''Tell Me'' with a running time of 2:52.  This edition is recognizable by the matrix number of side B: XARL-6272-1A 

The majority of this record is VG+* ("Tell Me" Plays Great) *However, the first track on both sides skip due to a pressing flaw. The remainder of the record plays nicely.
The Mona cover has discoloration and dirt on the back and there is laminate creasing on the front.
The Labels are decent but there are spindle marks - Note: "Mona" Label!
Original Lined Inner Sleeve Included.
