Description

Northern Soul, songwriter, Freddie G. Owens crafted Get the Feelin’ and presented it to South Carolina’s legendary record producer Wilbert Harris of Ninety Six, SC. Wilbert hired Jimmy Graham to be the lead singer of the T.M.S. Band. Only five-hundred copies were pressed, and although you will find many re-mastered 45 rpm recordings of this song on the internet and Ebay; this is one of the original 500 records which were pressed by Showcase Records that were offered to the public and radio stations. This record is indeed rare and valuable based on the demand for 45rpm collectibles. I am excited to be able to offer you a classic disco record that I personally wrote and arranged in conjunction with Mr. Harris in Greenwood, SC. Local Dee Jays and international mix masters have been asking for the opportunity to purchase one of the recordings that I kept as a personal treasure. A German disco club single handily revived the interest in this recording, and when played by a popular French disc jockey this record became an exciting worldwide phenomenon. A few years ago I saw this same recording sell on Ebay for $1009.00. Well here it is folks! Let the bidding begin. Oh! By the way I will never forget what our engineer Rick Robinson said to me after we finished the project. “Man I would gladly record you anytime, you are one of best keyboard players I have ever worked with period.”
