We mail all paid items ONE WEEK after auctions end. Our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office. Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has become very slow. Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable.  We work hard to provide excellent service as is represented by our well over +22,000 positive feedback.   We use an ultrasonic KLAudio machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery.   We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied. • One of the later (1967) and better (but not best, on the JUSTICE label, that honor goes to the The Tempos) 
• 60's Justice label garage bands were able to record and release an album on the private, vanity Justice label out of Winston Salem, North Carolina. 
• Apparently 500 of the albums were pressed, Mod and The Rockers Lp has never turned up much as others on the Justice label. All of the bands self-financed their pressings and were given away to family or friends or sold at the shows they played. Other copies were sent overseas where there was a garage-rock following, and appreciated bands like MODS and The ROCKERS raw/primitive talent.  
• The MOD & THE ROCKERS album has not been offered often on eBay; pretty much a long wait for spare copies in any kind of condition to become available these days; nearly impossible to find mint. 
• There ended up being some 35 or so garage bands who recorded at the JUSTICE label's studio in North Carolina. 
• All bands recorded in generally 'one' take, only made one album and paid for the recording released, so it wasn't a situation that any of the groups were signed to "Justice" - (a 'lo-fi' mom and pop studio.) 
• Basically it was a band luxury to have their own album and a way to promote their music locally in hope a popular label might sign them. 
• Virtually all the Justice teen 60's bands had unmistakable charm and crude talent, the reason why the albums remain so sought and valuable, 60 years onward.
• Two of the best songs were written by 'Boo Snyder' and the band - the super-garage rocked-out 'Gonna Love You Every Day' with great fuzz, reverb and organ and the equally fine "Always By My Side." All the rest are their versions including a killer send-up of Them's "Gloria" 
• Their take on the Beau Brummel's "Just a Little" is a real winner too as is "Ninety-Nine and a Half."  Not all the tracks are as great but Mod and the Rockers put their "all" into all of them, and the album is enjoyable

1. The vinyl: Rated: near M- all shiny, played here uninterrupted  by any surface issues. Primitive productions reflects the band as they were and both labels are free from writing or soil but gold leaf color reveals some finger print smudges - same as the color does on 13 Floor Elevators "Easter" Lp
